Harley Quinn (concept Paul Dini) was brought to life by Timm's acclaimed style Timm at the 2003 San Diego Comic Con Bruce Timm (natural in February 8 1961), is an American animator and producer. He is too the writer & creative person working within comics, well known for his contributions building a modern DC Comics cartoon franchise.

Animation

Timm's early career within animation was varied; he began at Filmation, working on the layout of Blackstar, Flash player Gordon & A Only Ranger. He as well worked for many more employers, including Don Bluth Productions, & attempted to locate work on Marvel Comics and DC Comics, but while forgoing luck. Within 1989, Timm joined Warner Bros.

At Warner, Timm worked in Tiny Toon Adventures. Still, he is better known for his subsequent function on the alive series according to various DC Comics superheroes. Timm was a co-author & producer of Batman: The Animated Series, which premiered in September 1992, & went in to co-green goods and produce Superman: The Animated Series (premiered in September 1996), The New Batman Adventures (premiered in September 1997), and Batman Beyond (premiered in January 1999). He when well served as producer on the feature-length Batman Beyond: Go to of The Joker prior to ingesting a helm when developer & producer of the alive version of Justice League, which debuted in November 2001. This series continues in the form of Justice League Unlimited. Timm is the executive producer of the Teen Titans animated series.

When Timm doesn't commonly act as an actor, he has provided a voices for a few characters within the alive series he has been included in.

Comics

Within 1994, Timm and Paul Dini won the Eisner Award for Best Individual Story for Batman Adventures: Mad Love. He won a equivalent prize a next season too, for Batman Adventures Holiday Favorite, by using Dini, Ronnie del Carmen and others.
